यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे चलते ही दौड़ेगा रीयल एस्टेट

अथॉरिटी के अनुसार, यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे जून तक शुरू होने के आसार हैं। इसके आसपास पहले ही रीयल एस्टेट की गतिविधियां तेज हो चुकी हैं, जिनका और बढ़ना तय माना जा रहा है। एक नजर डाल रहे हैं।

ग्रेटर नोएडा से आगरा तक बनाए जा रहे 165 किलोमीटर लंबे यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे का निर्माण फाइनल स्टेज में पहुंच गया है। इससे यमुना अथॉरिटी के अधिकारियों में उत्साह है। अथॉरिटी के अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जून तक यमुना एक्सप्रेस-वे बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा। तभी इसे चालू भी कर दिया जाएगा। एक्सप्रेस-वे पर ग्रेटर नोएडा से आगरा तक बने सभी इंटरचेंज भी बनकर तैयार हो चुके हैं। गौरतलब है कि इस एक्सप्रेस-वे की शुरुआत का रीयल एस्टेट मार्केट में भी बड़ी उत्सुकता से इंतजार किया जा रहा है। तभी तो इसका कंस्ट्रक्शन शुरू होने के समय से ही इसके आसपास कई रेजिडेंशल प्रॉजेक्ट्स लॉन्च किए जा चुके हैं और यह सिलसिला आज भी जारी है।

Therefore, this airport is expected to be approved by the central govt only when there is a political compulsion to do so- and not due to the actual traffic and development of a specific region fuelled by such big projects.

In the current ongoing political game between Congress, DMK, Mamata and Mayawati, the camel can sit on either side as far as airport is concerned since the longevity of UPA govt looks tentative if any of two group (DMK/TMC) decides to walk-out of the UPA and then BSP supremo would be the kingmaker. The fate of Greater Noida Airport is thus hinged on very interesting political game.
